RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH ORIGINAL PURCHASE INFORMATION.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date.  Items MUST be unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact.  The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All marked down items and handmade items are final.  We will not accept returns on sale items.  We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

If you received an item in the wrong size, color, or differs from what you have ordered, please notify us immediately to process a return.  We will pay for the shipping costs of any order we process and ship incorrectly.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

You will be responsible for return shipping costs for your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send an email to confirm and are processing your request.  We will review your request and inspect the item.  We will then follow up with another email once the request has been deducted from your refund.  Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days from refund approval.

EXCHANGES

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we're happy to exchange the item for a new one.  Please email info@krestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item to begin the process.
